Städtische Galerie Waldkraiburg – Bloße Landschaft
< / >

The 64-page catalogue for the group exhibition »Bloße Landschaft« is the third in a series
of catalogues for the Städtische Galerie Waldkraiburg. While the first two issue were meant to clearly reminiscent the look and feel of a magazine, the theme of this exhibition and the characteristics of the depicted works prompted the decision to go for a more restrained and plain design. The idea of using the horizon line as guiding element is applied in the page layout itself as well as in the twofold headlines, correlating with the large scale images and the use of sufficient blank space. The front and back cover combines this approach with eye-catching design and layout elements of the previous catalogues of the series.
The title page features a painting by Jonathan Bragdon, other pages depicted here feature works by Bernhard Fuchs, Emma Stibbon, Melanie Wiora and Danaé Xynias.
